A 26 minute Pilates Class

A quick little class for beginners to intermediates, focussing on the abdominals and glutes. A gentle relaxing start to ease into working the body safely. The only equipment you’ll need is a pillow or yoga block, so there really no excuses for not doing this one.

It is contraindicated for Osteoporosis, Osteopenia, and pregnancy. If in any doubt, check with your GP first.
