My Pilates classes in Brighton are designed to challenge people safely. We work at a variety of levels in most exercises, meaning they are suitable for all ages and abilities. I hope to be able to help you apply what you do in class to your everyday life, therefore gaining long term benefits from your Pilates practise. You may wonder what a Pilates class even is. Well here you can see a whole class condensed into 40 seconds!
It’s on every Thursday, 8pm (please arrive 5-10 mins early if possible) at The Loft, above Little Dippers, 42 Upper Gardner Street in the North Laines.
Payment is on a ‘Guru Dakshina’ basis, meaning that you pay what you can afford. Accepted donations are between £4 & £15, with the suggested donation £8. Card payments are also accepted (50p charge).
Mats are provided, but if you have your own you are welcome to use them. Please wear appropriate clothing (eg shorts, jogging bottoms etc). If you have any injuries or problems please message me to discuss these beforehand; we can work with most ‘issues’ so don’t be scared to try it out.
