We begin with a free consultation to find out your aims and goals, assess your posture and any injuries; past or present. Once this is collated I can plan a bespoke program to suit your body and targets which can be taught weekly or bi-weekly. This can be in the comfort of your own home, or perhaps you fancy a class on Hove lawns in the sunshine. You will also be given personalised videos to follow so you can make huge gains by practising regularly. It really is tailored to your needs and schedule.
Sessions are made to be fun at the same time as being incredibly informative. You will deepen your practise to new levels and make far quicker strides to your goals in a Pilates one-to-one.
I also offer two-to-one classes if you want to learn as a couple or with a friend. For some this might feel less daunting and it can be a lot of fun. It’s a great way to help keep motivated and reach your goals. It also has the added bonus of sharing the costs 😉
