Firstly a mega congratulations on the miracle you have created! I am so happy to be able to offer Pre and Post Natal Pilates care to new and existing clients in Brighton, Hove and around Sussex. This period can be very exciting but equally daunting, so thorough and safe care is of upmost importance. I studied an in-depth course with renowned Antenatal and Post Natal Master Teacher, Rachel Rafiefar of Mamas Pilates– making sure you get the best possible all round care in this period.
The health of you, your baby AND your partner are all wrapped into one. This is part of focussing on the WHOLE! The whole includes Pilates exercises, but the health of the mind and soul are equally important. This deeply holistic experience encompasses;
- breath work
- techniques to take away with you
- emotional support
The team you have around you are hugely significant, which is why communication between us all is a vital part of the process to me. This not only includes the professionals you have carefully chosen to work with, but also your partner. It is this reason that Pregnancy Yoga teacher, Brydie Rowan, and myself run workshops for the two of you- helping to deepen the level of support you get from those you love.
One-to-one Pregnancy Care
Your experience in this time is truly unique. This is why I always recommend one-to-one care for both Pre and Post Natal. This means that the program can be tailored to the needs of your mind, body and soul. It is always a pleasure to host in my wonderfully relaxing space, but equally for those times you do not feel you can leave the house I am able to come to you. Care is not just provided in the sessions, but throughout your time working with me. I am always at the end of the phone or email.
